The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe what information is collected by this application, how that information is used, and who that information is shared with. We hope that you can trust us not only to provide you with high-quality squash training but also to be transparent about the safety of your data.

Personal Information

During registration, we ask that you provide your name, email, username, and a strong password. Your name will be used to personalize any communications that we send to you. Your email will be used by our application to send newsletters, updates, and important messages related to your account. We will not display your email to other users of the site unless you allow it. Your email and name are sent to the email processor that we use called Mailjet. You may find their privacy policy at https://www.mailjet.com/security-privacy.

Your email will be used to try and retrieve your publicly available Gravatar if you have created one. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy. Your Gravatar will be shown to other users if present.

Application Specific Information

As you use this application, you may optionally save records of your training (scores, times, completion status). This information will be shared publicly on the various dashboards and leaderboards available.

You may also provide us with the location of your squash facility in order to build out the squash world map. This map shows the locations of all squash facilities represented by the members of this application. This location data is saved to our servers and our servers only.

Payment Information

In order to purchase additional services or upgrade your account, you may provide your credit card number, card expiration date, and CCV. This data is securely transferred and stored by the payment system we use called Stripe. Stripe handles billions of dollars every year from companies all over the world. Passive Information

This website makes use of Google Analytics to help make informed decisions about the way this site is built and the content that is shown. Google Analytics collects information about the type of device you may use, approximately where you are located based on your IP address, shows which pages you view, and roughly how much time you spent on the site.

Controlling Your Information

Any information entered on this site by you can also be deleted by you. Your personal information can be changed on your account settings page. Your records can be deleted by visiting the associated training video. To permanently delete all of your information, including your payment information, you can delete your account in the account settings page.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. We also use them to track which videos are being viewed the most so we can better tailor future content for the site.

The best way to protect your information is to limit what you give out. Even though this application only requires a few pieces of information upon registration, you can be assured that your data is protected to the best of our ability. We have followed the best practices around the encryption of network traffic, restricting access to our application servers, and utilizing very strong and complex passwords for any public facing entry points.
